4. Delivery of digital goods
Once PayFast confirms your payment, we email download links to the address you gave at checkout, usually within minutes. Links expire after 7 days; if yours expire or the email does not arrive (check your spam folder), email us with your order reference and we will resend them. Large bundles may be delivered as separate links for each file. Nothing is posted.
5. Licence
Products are licensed, not sold, for your own personal or business use. You may edit templates for your own business and share the finished documents, but you may not resell, share, upload or distribute the files themselves. Each product contains its full licence and disclaimer.
6. Refunds
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, as permitted by ECTA. Faulty files are replaced or refunded. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which you accept at checkout.
7. General information only
Our products are general educational information and are not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Altiora is not a lender, credit provider or authorised financial services provider. See our Disclaimer.

9. Law
These terms are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Nothing in them limits rights you have under those Acts.
