1. Our commitment

Altiora Business Management respects your privacy and processes personal information lawfully, minimally and securely, in line with the eight conditions for lawful processing in POPIA.

3. What we process

Details you submit through our contact, consultation booking, careers (including CVs) and funding application forms, client documents uploaded to our Client Portal, and correspondence. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.

4. Funding applications

With your consent and under the Facilitation Agreement, we share application information and documents only with third-party funders relevant to your application, and with service providers who help us operate securely.

5. Operators

Our website and forms are hosted by service providers (operators), such as our web host and form processing provider, who may process information outside South Africa under adequate safeguards in terms of section 72 of POPIA.

6. Your rights and requests

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Send requests to our Information Officer at hello@altiorawealth.co.za. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time.
